Neighborhood Profile

Del Cerro Real Estate

Picture
Called the Hill by its residents, Del Cerro in an enclave of single family homes. Located east of Mission Valley between Grantville and San Carlos and very near the University area, San Carlos has easy access to all areas of the City of San Diego but retains a sense of community.

Views over Mission Valley and the surrounding areas make homes desirable.  Residents are close knit and many are second generation owners. Del Cerro Boulevard is currently being renovated and a new rock and concrete "Welcome to Del Cerro" sign is being added to the intersection with College Boulevard.
