    Increased Deposit

    The increased deposit is optional and much like the initial deposit, the increased deposit shows how serious you are about purchasing the property. If you put less than 3% in the initial deposit section, it is recommended that you offer an increased deposit to equal a total of 3%.

    Closing Costs Credit
