A veteran of real estate markets in California and Arizona, Kristin was the designated broker and owner of a Scottsdale real estate company. Her 10 years of experience produces a strong commitment to customer service, product knowledge-market expertise, and honed negotiation skills. Kristin has earned the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, only 4% of 2 million REALTORS have this level of education, experience, and sales volume. In addition, she holds the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and GRI (Graduate of the REALTOR Institute) designations. Recently, she received the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation which is helping to solve the foreclosure problem by knowing how to list and represent short sales.
Personal:
As a former ski instructor in both Vail, CO, and Australia, as well as a San Francisco marathon runner, Kristin embraces the active, outdoor lifestyle of Arizona. Having lived and studied in Germany and Austria, she has traveled extensively throughout Europe and Australia. She is most proud of her 9 year old daughter, who is fluent in French and a student at the San Diego French American School.

Zachary joined California Real Estate and Mortgage in 2008 specializing in short sale properties. Zachary holds a degree in Psychology with a minor in Real Estate from San Diego State University (SDSU). While attending Zachary served on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Society of SDSU as the Career Development Chair.

Emil Ayoub, Realtor®
Emil joined California Real estate and Mortgage in 2008. A (high honors) graduate of the Real Estate program at San Diego State University and member of the Golden Key Honor Society, Emil also held the position as Membership Chair on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Society of SDSU. After acquiring his Real Estate License, Emil has become successful in the fields of real estate brokerage and investment.
Seth Struiksma, Broker Associate
Seth Struiksma joined California Real Estate and Mortgage in 2009 and holds dual degrees in Real Estate and Spanish from San Diego State University. Since 2006 Seth has been an active board member of the Real Estate Society. He is excited to build the relationships with his clients to create an environment that allows buyers and sellers the comfort of knowing you have someone to rely on.
